BioNLP 2013 PC 数据集卡片

Pathway Curation (PC) 任务是BioNLP共享任务（ST）2013年的一个主要事件抽取任务。PC任务涉及从文本中自动提取生物分子反应。任务设置、表示和语义是根据路径模型标准和本体（SBML、BioPAX、SBO）以及与特定模型反应相关的文档来定义的。两个BioNLP ST 2013的参与者成功完成了PC任务。最高实现的F-score为52.8%，表明事件抽取是支持路径修订工作的一种有前途的方法。
